    Directions

    Step 1

    中火起锅,倒入橄榄油、虾米、红洋葱、蒜米、香茅、辣椒干、指天椒与姜片爆香。Heat up the wok, pour olive oil, dry shrimp, red onion, garlic, lemongrass, dry chili, chili padi and ginger. Stir fry until fragrance.

    Step 2

    过后倒入啦啦、红萝卜、青葱、咖喱叶、黄姜粉继续炒。Then, put lala, carrot , scallion, curry leaf, turmeric powder and stir well.

    Step 3

    加入蚝油、酱油、黑酱油搅拌后,再倒入意大利面和意大利面水,加入调味料拌抄即可。Add in oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir and add in spaghetti and pasta water then, season well.

    Step 4

    意大利面煮法:将一锅清水煮到沸腾,再倒入食盐和橄榄油。放入意大利面,偶尔搅拌下。煮大约9分钟或煮至 “弹牙” 口感。How to cook spaghetti: Boil a pot of water, add salt and olive oil. Put in the spaghetti, stir and cook for 9 minutes or cook until al-dante (to the bite) texture.
